Yes, for fans out that you may recognise the theme song…

As you can guess this month’s Fandom of the Month Club Box was Pirates themed, and it was awesome. I absolutely love Pirates. Obviously the first one is the best, but I feel like they don’t deteriorate too much as the series goes by. Of course, number 5 is about to be released, so maybe that will change it all? Who knows. I for one, am super excited about it and hope it’s decent.

Information card, stash bag, and magnet

The bag this month reads ‘not all treasure is silver and gold, mate’. You can’t tell me you didn’t read that like Captain Jack. Go on. Admit it. The magnet is an awesome skull and cross bones, as fitting.

Medallion Earrings

Okay. I need to go to a dress up party. Stat. How amazing are these earrings?! While I probably wouldn’t wear them in day-to-day life as earrings, I might turn one of them into a necklace. This is side one and side two.

Treasure Chest Ring

This is pretty neat. It’s magnetic, which means you can open it up and it snaps closed. Inside there are tiny little gem stones, which definitely fell out when I tipped it upside down. Don’t do that. But this is really neat. And I didn’t even need to adjust it.

Anchor Necklace

This is my favourite piece this month. A horizontal anchor, with a compass charm and a cabochon that reads ‘I regret nothing. Ever’. It’s brilliant. My only gripe is that it’s too short for my liking. I’ll probably just move it onto a longer chain, but other than that … love it.

So that was the Pirates of the Caribbean box. I’m looking forward, like I mentioned, to Dead Men Tell No Tales. It comes out later in May! Savvy?
