Last week I told you guys about the incredible trip we had to Hobbiton. As a part of our evening tour, we had dinner at the Green Dragon Inn and it was the most amazing dinner ever. It was everything you’d expect from a Hobbit meal and more, and just thinking about it now makes my mouth water.
While I did a post about the Hobbiton tour last week, I knew that I had to have a separate post for the Green Dragon, mostly because there was just so much food it would crowd the cute little Hobbit holes I showed you last week.

After walking through Hobbiton, we arrived late evening at the Green Dragon, and went in to have our complimentary drink of ale, cider or ginger beer, and then, while we took some photos and sat in general awe at where we were, we headed on into the dinning room and this was our view:

Seriously, how amazing does that all look!? After dinner there was dessert too, and everything tasted just as amazing as it looked. If you’re thinking of doing the Hobbiton tour, do it. Without a doubt do it. But if you’re willing to spend a bit extra (okay, so quite a lot extra…), then the evening tour and meal is 100% worth it. The whole tour and meal lasted about 5 hours, and you definitely get your moneys worth from it. Hopefully you’ll have an awesome tour guide like we did *waves at Ethan* and it’ll be even better than you think it could possibly be.
