This is such a simple smoothie, and I’m sure you’ve all made it, or a version of it before. It’s been super hot here in Auckland, so cold drinks are definitely a thing. And a smoothie like this is so super easy and takes only a few minutes.
All you need:
Peaches (fresh or tinned)
Plain yoghurt (or vanilla, or Greek)
A bit of milk
And that’s it! Blend it all in a blender or a whizzer of some sort and enjoy! If you find it’s too thick, blend some more milk into it. Mmm delicious.
